Outlook Plugin and saving Actions to Opportunities

We use RE NXT and have successfully used the Outlook plug-in for a few years. we make heavy use of Opportunities and have, as recently as last week, used it to attach an email as an ACtion to an Opportunity. Today, I am only getting COnstituent with no option to select Opportunities (and the Consititent does have an Open opportunity associated with it).

Any idea if this is a bug? A very recent change? It makes it almost useless for us now if we cant have the plug-in add the Action to an opportunity rather than a constituent.

    Interesting! I've been exploring these options myself as I set up our Moves Management. I agree that this is an important feature.

    All fine now. We signed out, signed back in and it worked. We have shad some Office 365 issues this week (totally unrelated to Blackbaud) and I wonder if this may have been related.
