Because of all of the amazing ideas I get from the sessions, the inspiration that I get from the speakers that keeps me energized through the year, and for all the great connections I make with my peers in the filed!

was reviewing the sessions yesterday and there are some I cannot wait for - such as Bill Connors session on NXT.
I also hope there will be some virtual community time so I can reconnect with some of my peers as I've been so busy at work and not on Community as much as I used to be.

I've only ever been to one “Live” BBCon, and this will be my second “Virtual." Either way, I always leave BBCon with at least one idea that makes my work day a bit smoother, a bit easier! I'll never forget a 2015 class on queries and exports and the entire room was floored that you could change the column header in the output - the instructor was also shocked that none of us knew that little fact. And every time I've used that for the past six years, I've thought of that class!

I love to see the creative ways others are using Raiser's Edge and trying to bring back ideas to our office.

BBCon is the highlight of my working year. This will be my 7th BBCon! I find that taking a step back from the detail of my normal workday, being in learning mode, and thinking about data and databases means I usually get ideas to solve problems or make improvements to systems, even if they are not directly related to what the spearker is saying. I get great tips that help me and my colleagues. I am inspired and energised by the keynote speakers. And at my first BBCon I learned that with a small change we could continue to process regular gifts on expired credit cards - that has generated well over a million dollars for that charity since.

Get ‘smarter’ to work ‘smarter’, to hear how others are using RE and other BB products, inspiration, camaraderie, connection. Hang virtually with others who understand my job more than my co-workers might!

I agree @Catherine Burns , bbcon is also the highlight of my year. Change of pace from everyday office work and a great place to meet so many people. This is my seventh year attending with the organization I am with too! Boy do I miss us meeting in person.

I'm attending to learn more about Luminate, Raiser's Edge and analytics! And, to hear what Laura Dern has to say. bbcon is a great event! I hope to attend in person someday. ?

I'm attending because I learn something new, and make new connections and friends, every year.

To learn new things! After the virtual bbcon last year, I felt a renewed sense of enthusiasm about my work and I really hope that happens again.
