Inquiry form for international interested candidates doesn't submit, only shows "loading" icon

I have some complaints from international candidates that our Inquiry form never fully submits for them, just sits and “loads”….What are some tips I can give them to provide support?

I tell them already to use Chrome, clear cache or try a different browser….

  • It sounds like you've given them the correct steps. It's likely, as you described, a browser or cache issue. You could also input their inquiry for them, although I know that's sometimes a rather arduous task. I find that Chrome is usually the most reliable, but Firefox is also a good go-to that plays well with the K12 system in my experience.
