Manage Student Travel Requests

We use DocuSign currently to manage the travel request forms, a form that is a link where parents can elect to fill it out and it gets emailed when completed to the travel coordinator…and at other schools I have used true campus management products like Reach and Boardingware….however, for the time being I'd love to utilize the Blackbaud products for managing travel forms…the form would be used by choice, so a School Form that targets the parents for actions might not be best…any thoughts for this use-case?

    Hi Kate, we recently added the ability for parents to decline a school form, so it would be possible to assign it to everyone and if they weren't interested, they could decline.

    Yes! This combined with the permission form type should be a great way to capture optional travel requests.

    @Sarah Bienvenue This is a great feature! I see we can export a list of declined forms, but there is no data in the form at all--nothing showing it was declined or the date it was declined. I think it would be helpful if the date could be captured but otherwise really like this functionality vs having to assign forms to specific users.
