Setting up Sky API to use an Authorize.net API (not BBPS or BBMS)

Hi everyone,

We use Blackbaud Guided Fundraising (GF) and are trying to setup our Authorize.net API to accept payments. We know from Blackbaud that it is possible to use Authorize.net, but the options in GF Admin Setup area are specific to BBPS, BBMS, and Stripe. None of those meet our needs. Has anyone successfully connected Authorize.net who may be able to help us with the setup? (We've read the directions, but the only spaces available in GF are the options we cannot use.)

    Hi Amy

    The SKY Payments API is only intended to be used with Blackbaud Merchant Services and not any other processor.

    I see you are already in touch with our BBMS team to help with your setup for Blackbaud Guided Fundraising.
