If I knew that the PO process is so cumbersome I would never/ever agree to switch to FENXT. Never. Just the receiving items process is absolutely ridiculous. I might have to continue using Quick Books for Purchase Orders which is sad considering the FENXT cost. FENXT needs to have different versions. Simplified ones for smaller organizations where one person does everything, and then more complex for larger organizations where you have entire accounting departments.

    Is Blackbaud even planning on adding the Purchase Order module to FENXT? I've been looking in the community/knowledgebase etc. trying to find an answer to that question and haven't been successful. I agree the process with the Database view and web portal is cumbersome and not user friendly.

    We are interested in using the PO process in FE for 1 new manager who has no financial experience but I can't seem to find any resources on BB site to show what the process is and how to train to use it. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial or document that discusses the PO process in FE?
