How do I trigger an internal email from a Worflow?

Hello, we have a workflow set up in RE and as one of the steps in the workflow, we'd like to trigger an email to our support team. Is this possible to do? Basically, we're looking to send an email to our internal team so that they can follow up with some manual steps.

When setting up the email, it looks like the only options are Primary email, Alternate Email…etc., but it never gives us a way to type in an email address manually (i.e. support@ourorganization.com). Am I missing something??:

    Hi Arian - You are not missing anything, what you are looking to do does not exist within the functionality of NXT Workflows. However, you could build a flow in Power Automate and utilize the RE NXT Microsoft Integration to send out notifications to your team. We have used this feature to build out automatic notifications to my team, aid in data-entry/maintenance.
