Can someone tell me how to do a contingent payment in Sky?

I see a Hold button. I used to go to requirements on the payment screen, but my pull down isn't there. HELP.

    Hi Sheree:

    Go to the Payment record. You can open the payment and you will see a “create requirements” button. When you select it, you will set the type, due date, etc. and at the bottom you will see ‘Mark Payment as Contingent’. Hope that helps!
