Additional Emailed Receipt Templates
Hello,
I'm hoping someone has a solution for us - we are looking to customize our emailed receipts specifically for either Daily or Advance Sales transaction for a certain event next March. Our receipts are currently generic as we send e-tickets through our Museum and IMAX Theater. Does anyone know if there is a way to customize a receipt specifically for one event? This receipt will have necessarily disclaimers and information pertinent only to the event itself. We want to avoid having this information on Web Forms and only on the receipt itself, but don't want to confuse our other guests not attending the event. Any ideas?

Have you tried setting up the Acknowledgment email for that program? An update has allowed sales made through Advanced Sales to get the same customized email that they would receive if they bought online.
