Incomplete Requests

A staff member accidentally deleted an awarded request. He has now recreated the request, but the Complete box is grayed out and we get the warning “Incomplete Requests cannot be approved.” All required fields are filled out.

This is the first request we've manually created in SkyView, and we'll need to manually create several requests for our upcoming grant round. Is there a step in SkyView we're missing to get manually added requests approved? Applications submitted through the portal have not had this problem.

  • We manually enter requests frequently and have not seen the Complete box grayed out.
  • Have you added one today? I just looked at our pending applications submitted online, and all of them have the Complete box grayed out. Now wondering if it's a BB thing or an us thing.

  • I had added requests today/Tuesday without issues.
  • Update: Blackbaud can't figure out why our Complete boxes are grayed out or why it's telling us our requests are incomplete, and they have no solution to Approve incomplete requests.

  • Not sure, but maybe after approval the box will not be grayed out
