Hi Yaser,

The school administrator must connect your application to their Blackbaud environment. Once the administrator has connected your application, users in that Blackbaud environment will be able to authorize/use your application.

Your application doesn't need to be listed in the Marketplace for an administrator to connect your application. The admin only needs your Application Id. Steps 1 and 2 of “Connect an app” explain how admins can “sideload” your application.

To manually sideload an app directly from an app developer or partner, you can use the application's unique Application ID to add it on the Manage page. From the Manage page, select Connect app, then enter the ID, and select Connect. The sideloaded application appears on the Manage page as connected.
