Record online bill payments
How do you record an online payment to specific invoice? I talked to Blackbaud and only option is to record as a manual check. I can't use ach as a check type or number. Does anyone have a work around for this?

I record mine as a bank draft. When processing payments a number will automatically be assigned to the payment.2

We do the same as Kristi, record them as bank drafts.

We use bank draft as well for automatic payments for credit card statements and invoices that are direct debited from our bank account.
