Using the Same OLX Form for Multiple Appeals

Hi there, just curious if anyone has any thoughts on trying to use the same OLX form for multiple purposes. I'm thinking there may not be a good way to do this, but if anyone has had any success using the same link for, say, general donations, donations for an event and tribute gifts, I'd love to hear how you made it work. It doesn't seem like there is a good way for a donor to select what purpose they want to direct their donation to (a drop down menu option, for example), but it is also somewhat tedious to create a new form and separate link for each new event. Thank you!

    Huh, this has never even come up at my org, partially due to the fact that we use the appeal field in the forms to help track where the donation is coming from, and we couldn't do that with one single form for that many purposes. I agree a drop down menu of this magnitude could get out of hand VERY quickly. Are you aware of the ability to copy a form? This has saved me a lot of time over the years! I copy it, update the title, change the appeal, add the emails for the gift notification, and poof, done. If you have forms that are very similar, this can be a great tool!

    We have a general donation form that kind of serves this purpose - but other than making the tribute function available on this form, we went simple and just have the comment box for supporters to tell us what the donation is for and then we'd assign appeals etc in the batch when processing.

    On the whole though, we do use separate forms for events etc.

    Thank you, Heather. I think we will stick with displaying the multiple funds (since they can display however we'd like) since we are limited to a single appeal (and link) per form (and we currently opt to not have it associated with one). Definitely appreciate the reminder about copying forms, however. I would certainly opt for that if we do decide to start creating multiple forms. Thank you again!
