Issue with database view today

I can't log in to DB view, it won't start. Is this an issue we're having today that just isn't being published in the known issues list?

    I had tons of issues yesterday. We have 4 databases, I couldn't log in to 2 of them. Finally, after maybe a dozen tries (including with tech support), I could log in to 1 more. And, I still can't login in today. Time for more tech support…

    I got an email of “Action Required Login Changes to Your Blackbaud Solution Starting December 15”, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't apply to me, but I'm not quite sure anymore.

    Support said this is an urgent issue they are working on. Doesn't seem to happy to everyone though.
