Are you able to do mail merges in web view or is that just database view

    Ugh did not know about the Microsoft Office integration going away, it's tricky enough to get communications logged by colleagues but this is going to make it worse. It'll be even worse for colleagues who have physical impairments - being able to use templates like this has been great for them to make sure the gift amounts in letters etc are accurate.
