I'm working on setting up a welcome series for new members (3 letters each, for 3 membership levels/types). Has anyone else used Altru for this, and do you have any tips? I created one series and tested it, but am unable to edit the letters after the mailing has run. Happy to chat with anyone 1:1 or in discussions if you have some advice or ideas! Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer!

    We don't have a welcome series currently, but I'm happy to chat about a potential solution in Altru.

    What did you use for the first mailing? I would think you could use a Renewal effort for this, and set up your templates and letters there. You should be able to build segments for each level and scenario (1 month, 2 months, etc) and then attach each letter to the segment.
