Assessments: Read to students

Is there a feature in the LMS that would allow for an assessment (assessment questions) to be read aloud to students with reading disabilities?

Any suggestions and/or recommendations are helpful.

  @Franklin Shane Johnson Have you explored screen reader extensions in your browser? Google Chrome seems to have some, which I can't necessarily vouch for, but here is an example:
