NXT reporting Emails

I set up some automatic emails from various reports but I don't see how to make them stop. I've even deleted the versions the email was based on and they continue to send. Has anyone experienced this and/or have a solution?

    As far as I know, the recipient needs to optout in order for the emails to stop.

    Echoing what Marie said, in the bottom of the email there's a small paragraph with an unsubscribe link. See example below.
