Gift Digest Error: The user is not mapped for the specified tenant

First I want to say that getting the Gift Digest up and running wasn't too bad. I will say that Google became my friend as many of the videos suggested. I am getting my emails at 11:00 pm and the NXT links are working for the gift and the constituent. ? I get this error when I click on the View List in NXT:

I have done all sorts of scenarios to figure this out including making it the first thing I link to before I login - I then get the blackbaud.com login screen and then the error produces but doesn't for the constituent and gift when I link to them.

I apologize if this is already covered in the threads.

Shout out to Heather who so patiently explains things in the videos!!

    Hey Sue - Thanks for the shout out! Google is most definitely one's best friend when working with Power Automate.

    I have not seen this error before and I want to make sure I understand. You get this error from clicking on the Gift Digest Notification email you receive to view the full Gift List in Raiser's Edge NXT?

    If that's correct, and you can view the individual through the hyperlink and the gift hyperlink, that leads me to believe that you haven't updated the hyperlink to the Gift List and it is still referencing a List in our Blackbaud demo environment from the template. You will need to update that hyperlink with the link to your Gift List.

    If that's not what you meant, please post back and we can troubleshoot.
