Setting up a new Queue to e-mail merged letters

Good afternoon,

We just added the Queue module to our RE package. We have set up our acknowledgement letters to run twice a week, however they are currently only saving to our shared folder. Instead, I would like the merged letter file to be e-mailed to our Development inbox. Do we have any Queue experts that know how to send the merged letter file via email as part of the Queue process?
