Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but its the only one that seems to fit the category. At our organization we use The Raiser's Edge to track our volunteers hours. Then each week we run a Pivot report to report to the organisation how many people did so many hours in different areas. One week we noticed that an area had about double the amount of hours they normally did but shouldn't. Instead of going back through every single volunteer that we entered the hours for to find out where the mistake was made. Is there a way to just pull up the group on the day to look at everybody; so Just pull up the Time sheet batch for Monday as a whole and then if we notice the person in that area has had the wrong hours, or allocated to the wrong group we can change them. Or do we have to go through every individual person and see where the error was made?

    Batching - prior to conversion from the “old” RE to NXT, we had a crystal report that we could run to show errors in a batch. Now, we don't have these reports and I find that I have to do spot checks throughout the month to look for irregularities - not a simple task.
