I'm looking for a solution to allow event participants to electronically sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. I have been advised that GoogleForms are not adequate.

    I have used required registration questions for this in the past. It's not binding of course, but better than nothing! I add the contract text as a notice/disclaimer, a dropdown selection with only “I Agree” as an option, and then a text field to esign.
