So many things wrong after the new update…the invoice number header is covered by the “+New” box, the date won't auto fill correctly, tab to move from one field to the next is not working properly-it completely skips the distribution line, have to enter amount in distribution.

    Donna, I agree, we are having several issues with entries, slowness of system, screens blanking out, more.

    It certainly has slowed down data entry. The effort to make things easier, ended up frustrating the end user!

    Hi Donna - When tabbing through the form, you should notice the focus on the “---More” button within the distributions section. If you tab once more, you'll see the focus on the first line of the distributions grid. To get to the account field, you can press the right arrow key.

    We have work in progress that should address the other issues you've noted.

    Chiming in to say I agree just from a review standpoint - having to click to a separate tab to see distributions and having to download all attachments to see them rather than having them pop up in preview is a huge waste of time and data/download space. I shouldn't have to delete my “downloads” folder multiple times a week to get rid of things we uploaded to the cloud to save on server space to begin with.

    As a reviewer, it is extremely frustrating to have to click on a separate tab to see the distributions instead of it being on the same page. The 1099 information panel was put on the first screen where the distributions used to be. I would rather the 1099 info be on a separate tab because I don't need that when doing my invoice review. I am far more concerned that it is coded correctly so the distributions on the first page would be more helpful. Also, I agree that having to download every file (we attach the invoice as a pdf) is causing my review to take much longer than it used to. I'm very disappointed in this update.

    Hi Hallie - I tried the tab method that you suggested, and when you right arrow into the account field of the distributions, it does not accept the first character typed into the box, so if I type 1100 it only picks up 100. I tried this numerous times with different number and letter combinations, and it always leaves off the first thing entered. If I use the mouse to get to that box it does not do that. Also, any idea when the invoice date functionality will be fixed where you can type 29 and it will know that you want to enter March 29, 2022?

    On the invoice date functionality, I've not been able to just type in the day. I am, however, able to type in 0331, for example, and get it to return a result of 03/31/2022. At least it saves me from having to type the year each time.

    Thank you, Blackbaud, for fixing some of the things that were wrong after the update. That being said, will you please advise when the date entry field will be fixed??? It has been months, and we still cannot type in the day to get it to enter the current month and year like before. It works everywhere else in Blackbaud, just not here.
