    I'm also looking for feedback on the SmartPORTAL plugin. I have concerns about letting a constituent update directly into NXT (upper/lower case, misspellings, etc). Also I'm wondering if a constituent can remove information. And the demo indicates the user must create a SmartPORTAL account to sign in. That's an additional step when we're hoping to make things easier. Has anyone used this plugin? Thanks,

    Hi,

    Warren @ SmartTHING here - just to clarify:

    SmartPORTAL can work without the requirement to set up an account to sign in. You can also set it to not allow name or bio updates but still allow updates to address, phone or other fields (as chosen by you).

    Anyway, Dan or myself are happy to demo/chat over options if you wish - support at smartthing.org as always.
