After some sort of update on 2/22/22 my A/P entry screen has changed and their is a terrible delay in entering information. Have to click on the box multiple times before it lets me enter anything.

    Yes, slow, and buggy as well. When I enter data sometimes the drop-down menu moves around. And the drag-and-drop feature for attachments flashes on and off like a strobe and often doesn't even work so I have to drag the file over again.

    So horrible. How can we get them to roll it back? Also why on earth would they make the filters/column options “sticky” like they promote in all the trainings and then reset all of these on our log ins to the default. Why even mess with that?!

    Yes, the drop down menus are very glitchy. The list it populates is nothing near what I type a lot of the time. If I type something that should only have one option and hit tab - I can't because it will populate something totally unrelated to what I typed. I have to pause and wait, then backspace and retype to try avoid touching my mouse before hitting tab. It's taking more time because I usually hit tab when I know I should be able to, but now I have to go back and make changes because it populated the wrong dropdown option.

    Today was fun. Tried to put in a credit on a vendor account. Kept telling me I had to put in a post date when I clearly had a post date in for the credit and one on the line for the bill it was applying to. Clicked here, clicked there, cancelled, rebuilt. Finally figure out that you cannot TYPE in the date you MUST use the calendar icon to select the date. I am sorry, did BB want to take us back to 2010 data entry for kicks!! Ugh this sucks!
