l have workspace on my work computer but need it on my personal apple computer when l travel and still want to take the leader led classes. l have tried downloading it but it always asks me my account email and tells me l dont have an account. l asked blackbaud IT but same thing happened. can anyone help, am l downloading the wrong ap?

    Hi, Anna.

    The joys of using a Mac. :-) You need to download Citrix Viewer App and it needs to be greater than ver 19. Here is a screenshot of the version that I am running on my Mac. Please note the last line: Launch Mode : ICA. When you click on the stack of coins/pancakes from NXT, you must also click on the ICA file to deploy the app. Hope this helps.
