pre-payment report and check printing no longer alphabetized

When I go to print a pre-payment report and or my checks, my invoices no longer show in alphabetical order. What am I doing wrong?

  • We experienced the same issue today and when I called support they could not provide me with a solution. We could not see a logical order to how the checks printed. We are frustrated by the new changes.
