Now we're losing letters?!

I appreciate your directions and thank you for sharing them with me and everyone else, but no matter what I do it just doesn't work. As a result, I've created my own template of creating the letters. I create a mail merge for each individual letter type and a separate mail merge for each. So far it's been working well for me!
