Issue with gift lists on NXT and my flows

I let an acknowledgement process over night as a test. I have 3 lists for 3 different flows: 1 for IRA gifts; 1 for individual gifts; and one for organization gifts. The flow for IRA acknowledgements uses a list that filters IRA gifts (based on a gift attribute of “IRA Gift: Yes or No"). That flow is set to run first at 11:00p each night - that way, NXT looks for gifts only with that attribute to send to power automate. The other 2 flows find gifts that need acknowledging based on gift code constituency.

I had one gift in my system that needed acknowledgement that I decided to use as my test. It's a regular gift from an individual, and it shows up in my individual gifts NXT list.

HOWEVER.

When I checked the acknowledgements processed, the IRA flow pulled in that 1 gift! I'm so confused.

I checked the lists on my flows - they're all correct in the flows. I checked the lists in NXT and sure enough, there are NO gifts in my IRA list but there is that one gift in my individual general gifts list.

What is happening??? And how can I remedy this?
