Implementing NXT from RE7. Any advice?

If you were moving from RE7 to RENXT again, what would you do differently? I've followed all the directions, but there's nothing like actual experience as a teacher. I'm afraid I'm missing something, and would really appreciate any help the community can give me regarding getting through the implementation. Thanks!

    I still spend a lot of time in database view so it's hard for me to answer this. I will say I LOVE the receipts in RE NXT. Makes gift receipting super easy, and editing receipts a breeze.

    Document everything in the process. NXT should change the way you do things, but it's important to have a working set of policies and procedures that will be updated. Each organization works a little differently with regards to what features they will be using, and just how they operate.

    I'd also familiarize myself with the terminology changes from RE7 to NXT. It's important to remember that the core of NXT is still RE7, however not everything flows bidirectionally. You'll figure out what you like and what you don't soon enough.

    Also, don't get upset when you find a feature that isn't in NXT. It's a constant work-in-progress.

    @Angela Tuttle I am starting to use gift receipts in web view. Once the email is sent, where is the copy located?
