List Gifts Power Automate how to filter by date

I was hoping someone could provide some help with the Raisers Edge NXT Gift connector in Power Automate.

I have been trying for the last little bit to filter the results based off of the date and every time the flow processes it's grabbing records that should have been filtered out. The date format I'm currently using is 2022-03-12T11:23:43

I had the hope of using Power Automate to facilitate getting our HR department the donations pertaining to staff. I wanted to pull that down the gift list monthly into a SharePoint list, then cross check the constituent id and finally update the list with the individuals information. Ideally it would run monthly.

    Could you be more specific about how you're pulling the data into Power Automate? If you're trying to pull in specific records on a regular basis, I typically suggest using the Get List connector and applying all of the logical filters to the List in NXT.

    Does that makes sense? Happy to help go trough it with you if you have issues.

    Thanks Matt. Currently the connector I am using is “Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT Gifts” and I was utilizing the action “List Gifts”.

    I'm having trouble finding the “Get List connector” in Power Automate. I did attach the following connectors shown below but am not seeing the Get list action in the power automate actions. It's quite a long list so possible I missed it.

    That's the correct connector and action. Is your list producing the appropriate filtered gifts in NXT?

    The added on or after filter doesn't seem to be working based on what's coming back in the output. Some of the donations are recurring so I'm not sure how the dates are getting pulled. I have tried the other date options and the output is still showing items that are well before that range.

    @HBB Blackbaud You can use a list OR the filters below, not both. I believe what you are seeing is that all the gifts are pulling from your list and not using the date and other filters you added.

    I am having the same problem. I created the flow using an NXT gift list. The list when run in NXT produces 2 gifts. The flow produces 5 gifts. When the flow was created 2 days ago, the list criteria/filters pulled the correct 5 gifts, but when I changed the NXT list filters from Gift Date This Fiscal Year to Yesterday the flow output didn't update. Is there a specifice amount of time needed to sync list updates with flow output?

    Hi @Cathy Kollar - Make sure you have saved your changes to the List after updating the filters, if you forget to do this step PA will run based on the previously saved version (your old list filters).

    Thank you so much!! I can't believe that was the issue. Just ran it again after saving and it worked!?
