Query Individuals who gave over $1000 this FY or Last FY

Hello, I'm new here, and I have two questions: (1) I'm trying to build a list of individuals who gave $1,000+ this FY or last FY. I want to know their contact info and their total giving for this FY and last FY, respectively. My query has not produced accurate results. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

(2) When exporting the info into an excel sheet, I want to see all numbers/email addresses on the same line as opposed to having each donor appear on multiple lines (one for each contact number and/or email. Can anyone help with this?

Even though you are looking for gift info you will want a constituent query and export. On the query use the summary information near the bottom of the criteria list. Set two criteria using “Or” Summary gift amount greater than $1000 for each date range.

Welcome!! I am sure someone will reply with a detailed answer. I can tell you that your query is a grouping tool so you will want to select gift amount $1,000 or more then the gift dates.

Then take that query into Export. Within export you will then select your output and that will put Name, email and the rest all on one line.

Good luck and once you do this one, doing different queries and exports will be easy. ?
