Organisation Assigned Appeals/Actions

I am sorting out how we record bulk communications on RE and have gone down the path of recording all bulk comms as Assigned Appeals and all 121 comms as Actions.

When we send bulk comms to organisation records we sometimes mail or email multiple relationships. We store all comms relating to the org on the org record.

Is there any guidance around how best to record this on RE?

The only thing I could think of was to add 1 assigned appeal to the org record and in the Comments say something on the lines of "sent to multiple relationships" and then maybe having a note listing the names of the relationships mailed/emailed.

If anyone has any better ideas or thoughts on this scenario that would be great!

  • I think what you are proposing is a pretty good strategy. You could include the list of relationships you mailed/emailed in the Notepad of the Action that is within the Appeal. Along with “sent to multiple relationships” you could add “see Notepad"
