Include a video in student profiles

We are collecting short videos about each senior. Would love to include the video in their SIS profile so that teachers can access them when they look them up. Has anyone had any experiences with this?

    I'm not sure if there is a way to directly embed videos in the user record, but there are plenty of places where you could store a URL. The other option would potentially be to upload the video to the user's files and forms, but then the only folks who would be able to actually view those files would be your Platform Managers.

    Any Role can be given access to a File in Files & Forms (Core > System Tools > Bulk Upload > Manage User Files). Teachers can access the file on the Progress tab of a student's profile.
