RedArc--integrating with BBGM to RE NXT

Hello all.

Has anyone used RedArc and found it to be useful? We just integrated it and the tile only updates info in RE if it's been added/updated in bbgm first. It seems like it will have limited use for us. I'm curious to hear other people's feedback.

    There's been a lot of talk about apps that replace Microsoft Word in regards to acknowledgment letters, so I can understand why you'd think I was asking about Letter Box. I was asking about RedArc, which integrates Blackbaud Grantmaking with Raiser's Edge NXT.
