Random freezes in NXT

Anyone else just having these random freezes when using FENXT? Has been happening over the last week or so, and seems to be most prevalent when entering invoices in AP. Page becomes unresponsive and you have to exit out of it or wait for the page to respond, which it never does. Has happened on 3 different computers for me now.

    Yes!! I thought it was my browser, so I cleared my cache and it's still happening. It's frustrating when you've entered a complicated transaction and then it freezes and you can't get it back and have to start over!! ?

    Yes, I figured out when it happens too - If you backspace too far in the fields that populate lists. So vendor name, account number, and p-card name, basically anything with a list attached to the field. If you hold down backspace or backspace more times than character's that you are removing. SUPER annoying, nothing you can do but exit and reload the page. Clicking the wait button will do nothing.

    I just tested that out…thank you for the tip!! I guess we just have to be perfect in our backspacing! ? ?

    Yes. It's happening to me too. Thanks for the backspace tip as a workaround.

    Thanks - good to know. At least I can try to avoid doing that.

    We are also having these issues. Have figured out that if I close my browser completely after I finish one when it starts to slow down, then it will go back to working as normal.

    Happening here too! The ladies I work with in Accounts Payable and Gift Entry have been having problems for a several weeks now and I have had issues as well.
