JE Creator Add-In

I am getting an error message when I submit a JE through the excel add-in. Says: Cannot submit. Remove Cursor from cell and try again.

I've logged out of the worksheet and the Je creator and the message remains.

Any ideas?

    I have submitted a support case.

    My workaround is to close the JE Batch rename the JE tab (I just put old in the front) and then reopen the JE Batch add-in so it creates a new JE tab sheet. I then copy and paste the JE info from the old to the new JE tab.

    I hope they fix this soon.

    Thanks for the ideas. I have been creating a new workbook and copying the JE over. Yes its a pain and I hope they fix it soon.

    I encountered the same error for the first time just now, but I clicked on “Create Journal Entry Batch” in my Excel menu bar, added the description again, and was able to successfully submit the batch.
