Need Help! Steps or training for creating event with online payment option in RE NXT Events tab.

We do not have the events module. However, we have RENXT, which has an Events tab. I am looking for a training guide or something/anything that will walk me through how to set up an event with the ability to pay online tied to the event? I can't seem to find anything anywhere and not sure what else to do. If there a document, knowledgebase, webinar that is available that I'm missing that someone could point me to that would be greatly appreciated!

    1. Create your event in NXT, add campaign, fund and event fee units
    2. go to Online registration forms tile
    3. click “add form” and follow from there

    also you can click on the ? in the upper right hand corner and your event help topics should show up

    Blackbaud has some free, on-demand webinars on this page. I don't know if they are “start to finish” because there is a lot of variation in how you can set an event record up, but they should be helpful.

    Thank you! I was trying to find some videos and what not and just not finding them, this is helpful. We did purchase the “learn more” package but for some reason, there is an issue with the Events classes for me as it is showing I still need to pay for them, even though two of them are covered under the learn more. I have a call/ticket into BB for it. Thanks again!

    Alicia, I took the Events instructor-led courses before many of the Events features were available in webview, so I am not sure how they have changed, but I also believe that you need to have passed a fundamentals exam in order to register. If you haven't completed certification recently enough, that may be part of the reason they're not showing up as available (i.e., included in your subscription)?​

    Also, if I recall, I had that issue (when we did have a Learn More subscription) with a course or two when they were in the middle of revising it. (I took most of them in the 3-hour format, and then they transitioned to more 90-minute classes.)

    Hopefully the Events basic online module will give you something to get started!
