PayPal and Venmo
I saw the release about Venmo now being available as an option, however, when I go to my website and do a donation there are two buttons that say PayPal. They look different so I assume one is for Venmo. But how are donors supposed to know that one is for Venmo? This seems very confusing.

The Venmo payment option is a rolling release, I don't think you have it just yet. This is what it looks like when Venmo appears within the Blackbaud Checkout window as an option.

Hi @Anne Powers - Welcome to BB Community! I wasn't able to find much through BB's Knowledgebase. What I did find says NetCommunity (NC) should have access to Blackbaud Checkout, but looking at the instructions on how to set up PayPal with Blackbaud Checkout NC is not listed in the associated products list, so I don't think it is currently available for NC. Here's a link to the KB Article if you'd like to take a look for yourself. I recommend you reach out to support to inquire about this, as I found no definitive answer.
