401 access error due to 'expired' token

Our refresh token still has 231 days before expiration, however as of this morning the access tokens generated through it are marked as ‘expired’. Can this be looked at?

  • This is likely the same thing, or at least related to what we're seeing (refer my post a minute or so later than yours).

  • Well, turned out that the length of the access token has changed: used to be 971 characters long, now it is 990 characters long. Once accounted for that, the authentication works again.
