I'm able to pull data using SKI API in the SKY Developer Cohort environment. So now, I'm trying to connect pull data from a real K12 school. The K12 school connected to my app but I'm still not able to see their school data. What am I missing? Please help.

    Do you have a security role for your user account at the school that has permission for the data?

    For example, to see contact card data, you may need the Contact Card Manager role at the school itself.

    I had the school contact Blackbaud and here's the response he got back.

    I have researched your setup and have confirmed that it has all the correct permissions and that the connections all look proper on our end. However, the connections for the application's side do not look like they are set up correctly. I am not seeing any authorization tokens from the school on behalf of the application. I would advise that you speak with the vendor about this issue.

    When I tried to regenerate the authorization tokens, I don't have any option to choose the school. I only have option to login to "SKY Developer Cohort".
