Is anyone receiving an error “Orphaned process abandoned” when running reports of any kind from the NXT? There is an article in the knowlege base that this is being worked on. Is there an ETA on the fix? This is causing major issues with reporting for end of month.

    We are running into the same thing. I am told I can run reports in the database view, but I can't download into excel. It is a major pain. Our case is about a week old.

    We are downloading from the database for some reports into Excel, but takes alot of time to manipulate into a decent format. This started this past Monday and is causing major issues for financial reporting.

    How are you doing that? When I try to download I am getting kicked out

    We export from the database side to an Excel 7 and take out rows and columns for items that need to be filtered, very time consuming and we don't use unless we have to. For all other reports we print and scan to PDF which is ridiculous considering the money we pay for this.

    Export (via File/Export) to a CSV file, then open with Excel

    100% agreed with above comments, a crucial feature lacking support. Very little explanation from BB, let alone a timeline with a resolution.
