How to set up and get started with SKY UX

Hello,

We are implementing Education Management and understand schedules and queues are no longer available. We have many outside systems that rely on data from our SIS. The data is currently exported via queues and automatic schedules nightly and then processed and imported into these other systems.

I am trying to get set up to create these exports nightly from the Education Management system using APIs and Sky UX.

I watched a deeper dive video and found the getting started with SKY UX page, but when I try to download these npm, nvm, node.js etc, I am getting several errors.

Can someone provide a step-by-step that is more accurate than Blackbaud's Getting Started page located here:

I have contacted Blackbaud support and they said to post here because they cannot support this process. Can anyone help?
