    Many years back, when Blackbaud's “community” site was user-friendly, and before the invention of “Likes,” badges, levels, avatars, etc., there was a very helpful and simple section where ANYONE could upload a copy of their procedures manual or a sample letter, or a procedure for a particular process within RE. ANY REGISTERED USER could peruse that list, and read and/or download at any time. No one had to keep emailing it to 5, 10, 15 or more people all requesting it. WHY did Blackbaud get rid of that very useful area of service to users (because it actually was helpful, more helpful than “customer service”)???

    Hi, anyone can upload a copy of their procedures manual in a post. They just have to click the paper clip button to attach the file in a discussion or reply and they can share right here in Community. It isn't necessary to email everyone and I'm happy to walk a member through the process if they need help!

    I use the resources from RE but trying to put together a step by step policy guide for consistency is something I am struggling with - especially with people that DO NOT want to transition to NXT!
