Web Form Sales Cut-off time?
We have an Online General Admissions Program. We encourage our visitors to purchase tickets online and therefor provide a discount if they do so. We have had visitors show up at our door and want the discount. After suggesting the but the tickets now using their phone, they could NOT purchase their tickets on that day. The Altru online system seems to have blacked out the day. I'm thinking that perhaps the online tickets are saying they aren't available after a certain time of the day. I couldn't find any settings to change or indicate this in Altru though. Any help would be greatly appreciated
