I can't split disbursements.
I can't split an AP invoice. When I enter the amount it fills it into the first line. If I split it, when I add a project to line 2, it overwrites all of line 1 and copies the information from line 2. If I write in a third line, it overwrites line 1 again. I can't enter invoices this way. What is going on?

Same here! I have logged out and attempted to enter an invoice several times and this keeps happening…

ok, I was on with the Chat Support for 40 minutes and they can't pin it down either. they gave me a case number. we are able to use the database for multiple line entries. hopefully they will figure it out soon.

We also cant type the date like we used to 061422 - we have to now type 06/14/2022 with all the slashes formatted.

I have staff ready to walk out today!!! The date issue and split disbursements are making them so frustrated!!! Our check run is tomorrow and we can not be expeceted to have our staff work with this!!!
I too will get in with CHAT and try and get some better answers than - “WE don't know”

I have been on a chat and the issue has been submitted for review. The work around is to enter your invoices in the database view.

I did figure out (by trial and error) that you can input one distribution line, save, and go back in and edit with the additional distributions.

I guess this was fixed. I tried one today and it worked. Keeping fingers crossed that it stays that way.
