How to add or edit countries on the International page in Configuration

Apparently I'm a complete noob as I have no clue, nor can I find this mythical “Configuration” in Web view. Is this only applicable to DB view? Might anyone be able to give me a clue? Knowledgebase sure doesn't:

    Finally figured it out myself. They are referring to “Config” (not “Configuration”) which is in the archaic 90's DB view only. How hard would it have been for them to add the three words “In Database view,” to the article for new users? I'm sure it would have taken them much less time than I spent figuring this out.

    Yes, many admin and configuration tasks need to be done in database view.

    Sorry, just reading your posts now--I empathize with you. Certain functions are a real puzzle and sometimes you spend an overwhelming amount of time just figuring out the most seemingly basic tasks to properly do your job and a person can feel completely on their own. The good news is, the longer I use Raiser's Edge and read community posts from fellow users such as yourself, l learn something new each and every day and know that I'm not alone in this--hang in there, Rich!

    It can be confusing, but as the knowledgebase predates NXT. However, the articles that are referring to the web view will usually state they are for Raisers edge NXT as the product. If you filter by that, you should be fine.
