Auto tax declarations from OLX donations require manual check and update

Hi - UK user here struggling with Gift Aid declarations on OLX forms and how we are notified if it's GA or not. I can't get the GA status to show in the email confirmation of the gift - does anyone know how to do that?
It also doesn't show as the gift is recorded via OLX into RE - we only seem to be able to check by going into an individual record after the gift is recorded to see if a tax declaration has been created or not.
Any solutions? Thank you in advance.

    I don't think you can customise the online express acknowledgment email based on whether or not someone has made a GA declaration - I don't recall it as being something that could be added and there's just the one text for everyone's email.

    We dealt with this by putting the GAD confirmation text in a PS at the bottom e.g. “P.S. If you chose to Gift Aid your donation, thank you. There are some important points you should be aware of….” and then got into the various GA bits and bobs there.

    We also go through the freshly made electronic GADs on a regular basis and log our copy of the acknowledgement email that the supporter would have received so that we have documentation that they received/we sent the confirmation text.
