Authentication Issues

Hi everyone,

We have created an application for Blackbaud skyapi but recently we have become unable to authenticate using Oath authentication.

We are receiving the following messages:

"This application has not been connected to your Blackbaud environment.

Please contact your organization's administrator."

A few additional things worthy of note:

  1. We have confirmed that the application is connected to our environment
    1. we have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the application to the env.
  2. This application login flow was previously working
  3. We have confirmed that none of our secrets, ids, or redirect has changed.

Any suggestion or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    @Splice Digital Please make sure the client ID being used on the Authorization consent form matches your SKY Application ID exactly and is all lowercase.
