Hi -

We are converting to CRM in a couple of weeks and I have been training frontline fundraisers.

The Alerts categories in My Fundraiser Page are fairly straightforward, but I've been unable to find what goes into Recent Activity. Any help appreciated.

(Other categories are Recent Gifts, Recently Deceased, Monthly B-Days, Event Registrants.)

    @Terri Whitehouse Where are you seeing “Recent Activity”? Under My Fundraiser>Activity Summary, I see “Pending Activity”, “Current Event Registrations”, and “Recent Revenue Transactions”. Is it one of those, or am I missing something?

    @Terri Whitehouse Pending Activity is a list of pending steps and interactions. That is basically the fundraiser's list to work.
